We provide a personalised ‘Homefile’ full of practical information and handy hints on how to maintain your home, with guidance on all household appliances.
Buying a new home straight from us can prove a much simpler process than buying a second-hand property. Your new home will be ready to move straight into with no worries over other owners moving out, delaying their completion dates, or pulling out of the sale altogether. With a William George home we’ve done all the work for you. Your home will be newly-decorated and will have a stylish fitted kitchen with integrated appliances – we’ll even wire them up for you and show you how to use them! A brand new William George home comes with an all-inclusive specification, which means you get a contemporary new German kitchen, integrated appliances, fitted wardrobes and many other extras, all included in the price. Our bathrooms are designed using high quality tiling and where possible we look to include ‘double ended’ baths. We recognise how important lighting is to fully enhance your living space, which is why carefully thought light fittings are integrated in to all of our homes.
Typical homes feature fully finished flooring throughout and double glazed windows. We look to provide as much outside space as possible for all of our homes, whether it be a private patio, terrace or Juliet balcony. We recognise that security is paramount for your well-being and enjoyment of your property. All of our homes come with a range of security features, from multi-point locking systems to security and smoke alarms.
Although our William George Home specification is already of a high standard there is still the opportunity with certain developments, to upgrade the specification to enhance your well-being in your new William George home.

Your home is protected by a 10 year ‘Checkmate’ or ‘CRL’ structural defect insurance, which covers any major defects to the structure of the property, or in its construction. For the first two years of the warranty, William George Homes are responsible for any defect that may arise and we strive to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
Every component of your new home will be assessed to ensure that it meets with rigorous industry standards. We will ensure warranties provided by the manufacturers of appliances are honoured for the first year of occupation. Our Customer Care department is on hand to offer you the necessary guidance and assistance.
