Planning permission granted for Purley scheme

We are delighted to have been granted planning permission for our proposed development of 19 apartments in Purley by Croydon Council.

The scheme consists of 6 x 1 bed apartments, 12 x 2 bed apartments and 1 x 3 bed apartment, with 12 parking spaces. Four affordable homes will be provided on site under the tenure of shared ownership.
