PURLEY

William George Homes are delighted to have acquired a one acre site on Purley Way, Croydon, in a partnership. The site is currently occupied by Halfords and furniture store Natuzzi Italia and forms part of the Purley Way area regeneration area. We have begun working with Croydon Council over plans to bring forward a residential led scheme and we have had a positive first pre-application meeting.
