Meadow Mill is a grade II listed, former textile Mill located in Greater Manchester. Measuring over 175,000 sqft,the building is partly unoccupied and its physical condition has deteriorated over the years. William George Homes regeneration plans included converting the upper floors in to 213 residential units and fully refurbishing the ground floor commercial premises.

The building was sold with the benefit of planning permission to a private developer.
